Excellent location for Gatwick, painless transfers, hard working and attentive staff but best of all exceedingly good value.
I did request some information to be sent before arriving through the comments box of booking.com online booking but didn't receive anything, I suspect this was overlooked. Only a minor point though as all other expectations were exceeded.

Having stayed at your hotel,we had no doubts about staying again and were surprised to find it was even better than we rememberethe staff were friendly and helpful and our car was looked after while we were away,we will come back again.

Lovely staff, excellent location with brilliant shuttle bus to Gatwick every half hour. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to leave you car at whilst you go away. Second time I have stayed and was as good as the first time.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Gatwick airport from where we were leaving the UK. This was to avoid the hassle of traveling from London on public transport during the early rush hours.
The bar was a bit noisy and music could be heard from our room.
