Horley Town

Horley lies on the border of Surrey and Sussex and is the nearest town to Gatwick Airport. In spite of its proximity to the airport and the M23 motorway Horley manages to have a rather laid back air to it.
The Church of St. Bartholomew dates from the 14th century which is across the road from Acorn Lodge Gatwick, while the town centre is 10 minutes walk.

Within a 10 minute walk of Acorn Lodge is the local Horley train station which has regular trains to London (a mere 35 minutes away using the regular train service) and Brighton (only 30 minutes away).
